PT100 M6 Screw Probe Thermocouple Temperature Sensor (1 Meter) Pt1000 sensors are the second most common type of platinum resistance thermometer. Often resistance thermometers are generally called Pt1000 sensors. 1000 refers to that at 0°C sensors has a resistance of 1000 ohms (?). Pt1000 sensors are used over Pt100 sensors in two-wire applications as Pt1000s make lead resistance less significant. Pins: Red is Positive Blue is Negative

What is the difference between PT100 and PT1000 sensors?
PT100 has 100Ω resistance at 0°C; PT1000 has 1000Ω. PT1000 is preferred in 2-wire setups due to lower lead resistance impact.
Is this PT100 sensor compatible with Arduino?
Yes, with an RTD amplifier like MAX31865 or Wheatstone bridge circuit for accurate readings.
What is the probe thread size and cable length?
M6 threaded probe with a 1-meter shielded cable for easy installation and noise immunity.
Can this sensor be used in industrial environments?
Yes, it's built for industrial use with high accuracy, durability, and standard compliance (IEC 60751).
