TP4056 Battery Charger C Type Module with Protection The TP4056 1A Li-Ion Battery Charging Board Type C with Current safety is a small module designed for charging single-cell 3.7V lithium-ion batteries, such as 16550s, that do not have their own safety circuit. Using the TP4056 charger IC and the DW01 battery protection IC, this lithium battery charger produces a 1A charging current and will automatically stop charging once completed. The TP4056 charging module also protects against overvoltage and reverse polarity connections, often sacrificing itself to preserve the battery. Use the Module Through the Following Steps: To supply power, either plug in a Type C cable or attach a 5V DC source to the IN+ and IN-labeled pads on the module's left side. Fasten the battery that has to be charged to the B+/B- pads on the module's right side.
