It works by measuring infrared reflectance, where white surfaces reflect more IR light and black lines absorb it, producing clear output differences. With a 1 cm to 5 cm sensing range, 16 mm sensor spacing, and 3.3V–5V operating voltage, this Tracker Sensor integrates seamlessly with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers, making it perfect for educational, DIY, and competitive robotics projects.
