Octal Buffer Line Driver IC - 74HC240
Octal Buffer Line Driver IC - 74HC240 The 74HC series 74HC240 3-STATE buffer utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It possesses high drive current outputs which enable high-speed operation even when driving large bus capacitances. These circuits achieve speeds comparable to low-power Schottky devices while retaining the advantage of CMOS circuitry, i.e., high noise immunity and low power consumption. It has a fanout of 15 LS-TTL equivalent inputs. The 74HC240 is an inverting buffer and has two active LOW enables (1G and 2G). Each enables independent controls with 4 buffers. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diodes to VCC and the ground. check out : Hex Inverter Buffer IC - 74HC06 Pinout: Pinout of 74HC240 IC Package Includes: 1 x IC - 74HC240 Specifications: Supply Voltage (VCC − 0.5 to + 7.0V Input Voltage (VIN) −1.5V to VDD + 1.5V Output Voltage (VOUT) − 0.5 to VCC + 0.5V Clamp Diode Current (IIK, IOK) ± 20 mA DC Output Current, per pin (IOUT) ± 35 mA DC VCC or GND Current, per pin (ICC) ± 70 mA Storage Temperature Range (TSTG) − 65°C to + 150°C Power Dissipation (PD) (Note 4) 600 mW S.O.
