5V 8 Channel SSR Module The 5V 8-Channel Solid-State Relay is somewhat similar to that of a mechanical relay & the difference is that there is no moving contact in a Solid-State Relay. Here we make use of a Phototrriac coupler to turn it ON and OFF. It finds its application in AC circuits as a TRIAC has got only limited applications in DC. The 5V 8 Channel SSR relay allows you to control high-voltage AC loads from lower voltage DC control circuitry. Solid-state relays do have several advantages over mechanical relays. One such advantage is that they can be switched by a much lower voltage and at a much lower current than most mechanical relays. Also, because there are no moving contacts, solid-state relays can be switched much faster and for much longer periods without wearing out. Input Parts : DC+: connected to VCC (Supply power according to relay voltage) DC-: connected to GND IN1: CH1 Signal triggering the end of 1-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN2: CH2 Signal triggering the end of 2-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN3: CH3 Signal triggering the end of 3-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN4: CH4 Signal triggering the end of 4-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN5: CH5 Signal triggering the end of 5-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN6: CH6 Signal triggering the end of 6-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN7: CH7 Signal triggering the end of 7-channel relay module (active at the high level) IN8: CH8 Signal triggering the end of 8-channel relay module (active at the high level)

Can this SSR module be used with Arduino?
Yes, the 5V 8 Channel SSR Module is fully compatible with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi. Connect IN1–IN8 to digital pins and control AC loads safely.
What is the maximum AC voltage and current per channel?
Each channel supports up to 240V AC and 2A current. Do not exceed these limits to avoid damage.
Is this relay suitable for DC loads?
No, this SSR is designed for AC loads only. The internal TRIAC cannot reliably switch DC circuits.
How do I power the module?
Connect 5V DC to the DC+ and DC- terminals. Ensure the power supply can deliver sufficient current for all active channels.
